Parent and Caregiver Survey
I am pleased to advise that our parent and caregiver survey is now available for completion. The surveys will provide our Board with valuable feedback about how our service is performing and information that will help with future decision making. The surveys are completely confidential. I expect the survey may take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete. You are able to exit the survey part way through and return to it later – it will have saved your responses for you.
 
We are asking for one survey to be completed per family. The 3 kindergartens with the highest survey completion rates will receive $ 150 each to put towards resources for their kindergarten.
 
How to access the survey:
You can access the survey from here or you can access it directly at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NFKA-Caregivers. If you don’t have access to the internet hard copies of the survey can be obtained from your teachers.
 
How to submit the survey:
The survey can be completed and submitted on line or a hard copy version can be placed in a sealed box at your kindergarten. The box will only be opened at the Association offices by Association Management staff. 
 
Cutoff date:
The cutoff date for completion of the survey is Friday December 16, 2011.
 
Survey Responses
We are keen to share the results of our surveys next year after we have had the opportunity to analyse the responses.
