Welcome To Wycliffe Nga Tamariki Kindergarten

We are very proud of our warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to providing an intercultural environment where all children's cultural backgrounds are acknowledged. We provide exciting and creative learning experiences in a peaceful garden setting.

Our Session Times Are:
Mon to Fri 8:45am to 1:00pm
Mon Tue Thu & Fri 8:45am to 2:45pm

Our Staff To Child Ratio:
We have a ratio of one teacher to 10 children, with additional non teaching support as well.

Wycliffe Nga Tamariki Philosophy:
At Wycliffe Nga Tamariki Kindergarten we aim to develop each child holistically by:

fostering a sense of belonging
encouraging self-help skills, caring for others and the environment
providing new and exciting learning opportunities
offering a programme of variety and choice within all areas of the kindergarten

We respect the individual child and strive to achieve equity by providing opportunities for all, including gender, race, religion and children with special needs. We also acknowledge the importance of family/whanau involvement and aim to provide a welcoming environment.
