Licencee for 16 kindergartens and has overall responsibility for the management of the Association. It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated team of teachers and support staff who are committed to providing young children with memorable and fun learning experiences. I am committed to ensuring a kindergarten service is available to our communities for the foreseeable future, that children experience a fantastic start to their education journey and that our employees are enabled to excel at what they do best. Leonie Bond, Finance Manager
Responsible for Association budgets, Infocare management, financial management, services procurement and payroll services. Also manages the treasury for kindergartens and provides training and support for kindergarten teachers. "I started working for the Association in Napier in 1997 as Finance Manager. I subsequently moved to Wellington from where I am able to deliver all of the services required of me in conjunction with regular travel to Napier as required. My involvement with Napier Kindergartens began in 1992, as a parent at Pirimai Kindergarten, then as a trustee on the Board. I love my job and the people I work with! Eileen Kennedy, Education Manager
Responsible for the professional support, development and supervision of teachers and teacher aides and also responsible for teacher registration. Qualification: Diploma of Teaching (ECE) Post Graduate Diploma in Child Advocacy. "My role is to professionally support the teachers who provide outstanding education and care for our children.I am immensely proud to have worked in this role for the past ten years. My career in education encompasses kindergarten as well as home based care and adult education. I live with my family in Taradale and adore the rich opportunities that abound in the Hawkes Bay area." Beth Huddleston, Education Manager

Qualification: Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) "As an Education Manager my role is to provide support, guidance and professional development for our highly motivated teaching teams. I have worked in this position since the beginning of 2009. My career in education includes kindergarten, ESL and working in International schools. I love all the outdoor activities that Hawkes Bay offers and traveling both in NZ and overseas. I live in Haumoana, which is both picturesque and tranquil."
